What is the ACT Occupation List?

The ACT Occupation List, formally known as the ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List and previously the ACT Critical Skills List, identifies the occupations the ACT Government currently recognizes for state nomination purposes. It is used to determine eligibility for ACT nomination of a Subclass 190 or Subclass 491 visa.
