Andrew Euan is the Regions Manager at Australian Migration Lawyers and has responsibility for overseeing the firm’s operations as they relate to regional and rural Australia. In this role, he supports the firm’s work with employers, individuals and communities across regional areas, helping ensure that our services are responsive to the distinct commercial, workforce and practical realities which exist outside metropolitan centres.
Andrew plays a key role in advising the firm on matters affecting regional Australia, including the needs of businesses facing labour shortages, regional employers seeking access to overseas talent, and individuals pursuing visa pathways connected to regional opportunities. He works closely with the firm’s legal and operations teams to help inform service delivery and support effective engagement with clients in regional and rural locations.
Having lived and worked in both major cities and regional centres, Andrew brings a grounded understanding of the differences between metropolitan and regional environments. This perspective assists the firm in understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by clients operating in regional communities, including the practical considerations that often influence migration planning, recruitment and settlement outcomes.
