Since being admitted to the legal profession as an Australian Lawyer in 2009, Damian has practised law in Australia and has also worked extensively overseas, most recently with the British Council in China.
His knowledge of both Australian and Chinese affairs makes him a valuable asset to clients.
As an Australian Migration Lawyer and Associate of the firm, Damian has experience across a broad range of Australian visa subclasses and a particular interest in merits and judicial review.
Damian has advanced legal research skills and enjoys advising on complex migration law issues. He is known for his attention to detail, his ability to communicate complex legal concepts in simple language, and his commitment to providing exceptional legal services to his clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Australian National University (ANU), a Master of Applied Linguistics from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice at the University of Technology Sydney.
