Sam Prasad

Sam Prasad is a dedicated Australian lawyer. Prior to joining Australian Migration Lawyers, Sam was a Research Assistant to the Hon. Daniel Andrews, the 48th Premier of Victoria.

With a strong passion for helping individuals and families navigate the Australian migration system, Sam is committed to developing deep expertise across a broad range of immigration law services, including primary and appeal applications and citizenship pathways.

Sam holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology. Her academic background gives her a unique perspective on both the legal and human sides of migration, allowing her to deliver a client-focused, compassionate, and solutions-oriented legal approach.

Drawn to migration law for its direct impact on people’s lives, Sam enjoys the balance between legal problem-solving and meaningful client engagement. She finds purpose in helping clients achieve positive outcomes in visa matters, residency applications, and other immigration-related legal services in Australia.
