Arthur is a highly experienced immigration lawyer with almost a decade of experience law. He joined Australian Migration Lawyers after serving as a senior government lawyer for the Commonwealth, where he managed complex legal cases and provided strategic advice on significant matters.
Arthur first began practising in immigration law at a prominent immigration law firm that was also a specialist Immigration Services Support Scheme (ISSS) provider. This experience gave him extensive exposure to a broad range of migration and refugee matters, including skilled migration, employer-sponsored visas, family and partner visas and complex character and cancellation matters. Working closely with vulnerable clients and diverse communities shaped his practical, client-focused approach to migration law.
At Australian Migration Lawyers, Arthur focuses on managing complex and high-stakes immigration matters, including litigation before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and the Federal Court of Australia. He is experienced in handling judicial review applications, merits review matters, visa refusals, visa cancellations and difficult migration cases requiring strategic management.
Arthur is known for his technical expertise, strategic thinking and calm approach to resolving challenging immigration issues. He works closely with individuals, families and businesses to deliver practical advice and strong legal representation across all areas of Australian migration law.
